Ann Patterson is an accomplished Certified General Accountant with many years of accounting and finance experience in accounting firms, industry and the not-for-profit sector.

Ms. Patterson has expertise in all aspects of financial management. She specializes in overseeing financial reporting mechanisms, policies and processes to ensure that they adhere to industry standards, corporate rules and regulatory requirements, as well as generally accepted accounting principles.

Ms. Patterson's work also frequently involves planning, setting up and administering accounting systems, examining accounting records, developing and maintaining cost findings, reporting, handling internal control procedures, and analyzing financial documents and reports.

Ms. Patterson holds a Bachelor of Arts, with honours, in commerce and economics from the University of Toronto at Scarborough. She is affiliated with a number of professional and civic organizations, including the Canadian Association of Women Executives and Entrepreneurs and Financial Executives International Canada.

Away from the demands of her work, Ms. Patterson enjoys theatre, baseball and spending time with friends.
